Colombia’s military on Wednesday confiscated a remote control helicopter and video camera allegedly belonging to FARC guerrillas.
The army’s Third Division seized a remote-controlled plane tucked into a cove in the village of El Placer, along with a video camera.
Although no evidence has been made public at this stage, the armed forces claimed the plane belonged to Colombia’s largest guerrilla group FARC.
The discovery took place during routine operations in the troubled Cauca department, in the country’s southwest.
