Colombian actors to run Half Marathon of Bogota

by Katharina Wecker July 29, 2009

Colombia news - Jennifer Leibovici

They are not just pretty, but also sporty: Colombian actors will run the Half Marathon in Bogota on Sunday.

One of the actors to take part is Jennifer Leibovici. She will participate in the event and invites all Colombians to run the 13.1 miles with her.

“Sport is good for the heart, physically and emotionally,” Leibovici said in a video. But it is also ok if you only come to watch and relax, the actress added.

Juan Sebastian Aragon, Adriana Campos, Juan Del Mar Iglesias and Patricia Castañeda will participate in the event too.

It is the 10th anniversary of the Half Marathon in Bogota this year. The run will be broadcast on television.
