Colombia wins silver at 2012 Paralympics

Colombia’s Moises Fuentes won silver Tuesday in the 100 meter breaststroke competition of the 2012 Paralympics in London.

The Colombian athlete finished in 1:36.92″, three and a half seconds behind winner Brazil’s Daniel Dias.
