Colombia to face Cameroon in soccer friendly

Colombia will face Cameroon in a soccer friendly on Tuesday, October 16 at the Barranquilla Metropolitan Stadium in the north of the country.

“Los Cafeteros” face Paraguay in a World Cup qualifying game four days before the match so it could prove a useful fixture to experiment with the fringe players from the squad.

For Cameroon, who lie 61st in the official FIFA Rankings, it is not known if its superstar veteran striker Samuel Eto’o will feature as he recently refused to play in a World Cup qualifier because of the “amateurish and poorly organized” national team set-up.
