Colombia singer Aiko to perform at Billboard conference

Colombian singer Aiko has been chosen out of hundreds of Latin American artists to perform at the Billboard Latin American Conference on April 25, reported music news site Farandula.

The Bogota native will be representing Colombia at the important business conference, a preclude to the Billboard awards ceremony, where she will sing her hit single “Baby te quiero”.

The urban pop singer performed at the “Artist Showcase: More and More Music” conference earlier this year in the U.S.

She is currently recording songs for her forthcoming album, which will include urban sounds like reggaeton and merengue without abandoning the pop touch that characterizes it.
