Colombia raises number of swine flu fatalities to 65

Colombian health authorities raised the number of swine flu fatalities to 65. The number of people who were confirmed to carry the virus was raised to 1,025.

The number of confirmed AH1N1 virus infections rose 25 percent over the past week when 795 people were confirmed carriers of the virus.

Now that in large parts of Colombia the rainy season is beginning, authorities warn that the number of infections can rise rapidly.
