Police uncover 948 kilos of marijuana in northwest Colombia

Police uncovered 948 kilos of marijuana hidden in a building camouflaged as a Christmas shop in a city in northeast Colombia towards the border with Venezuela.

The discovery came after neighbors of a home in the city of Bucaramanga, Santander reported strange smells and were suspicious of the loading and unloading of cargo late into the night.

Two men and one woman were arrested in connection with the uncovered marijuana.

The building allegedly was used as stockpile room in between different locations within Colombia.
