Colombia’s national soccer team has been making its final preparations for Wednesday’s friendly against Tunisia in Spain.

The match will take place at RCD Espanyol’s stadium in Barcelona.  The Colombian Football Federation confirmed on its website that the squad has been focusing on technical and tactical exercises as well as recovery sessions for the previous week’s toil.

This will be the third outing for Colombia since qualifying for this Summer’s World Cup in Brazil.  These prior results have been positive for as they beat Belgium and drew with the Netherlands.

Colombia coach Jose Pekermen informed the press that their final training session will take place Tuesday afternoon behind close doors.

The 26-man squad is without star-strike Radamel Falcao who ruptured an achilles cruciate ligament back in January, seriously jeopardizing his place at the World Cup finals.

The team will be looking to prove that they are more than a “one-man-team” and keep up their momentum heading into the World Cup. Their first group game of the tournament begins on Saturday June 14 against Greece.
