‘Colombia has great potential’: New British Ambassador

The new British ambassador to Colombia said Monday it was “a country of great opportunity,” reported W Radio.

Ambassador Lindsay Croisdale-Appleby told W Radio that Colombia had an impressive growth rate and that President Juan Manuel Santos was building a great future for the country.

Croisdale-Appleby said that she had high hopes for the strengthening of the relationship between Colombia and the UK who she mentioned already “work together on the U.N. Security Council.”
