Colombia-Ecuador border to close for census

The border between Colombia and Ecuador at the international bridge of Rumichaca will be closed Sunday, November 28 for the Ecuadorean census, reports RCN.

The bridge, which connects the Colombian municipality of Ipiales in the department of Nariño with Ecuador, will be closed from 7AM until 5PM. During the census, Colombian vehicles can cross the border but will not be allowed to continue into the country until the census has been completed.
