Clowns con Barranquilla community

Two clowns and a mime conned at least 150 families on the outskirts of Barranquilla by exciting local children about an upcoming show, selling tickets to their parents and then vanish.

The suspects excited the children about the show to be performed in the local park before making their parents buy tickets for the spectacle for prices ranging between 1,500 and 5,000 pesos.

After having sold enough tickets the clowns and mime disappeared, leaving behind hundreds of disappointed children and their angry parents.
