Former U.S. President Bill Clinton donated two million dollars to the
school that was built by Shakira’s Pies Descalzos foundation.
Clinton visited the school in Barranquilla on the side of his performance at the IADB summit in Medellín.
The money will be spent on the nutricion of the mostly poor children that attend the school and for a course in how to generate income for the children’s parents.
