Cali couples say ‘I do’ in mass wedding

Wedding bells will chime in the Colombian city of Cali after the mayor approved plans for a public mass wedding to be held at the Orchid Park in September.Over 200 couples will gather at the city park to say “I do.”

The mayor has plans to give the city’s 200 newlyweds the gift of beauty, contracting local team of stylists, make up artists and designers to attend to new couples.

The mass wedding, which will be held on September 5th, is one of the many events the city will hold to celebrate the nation’s upcoming bicentennial.
