Bombs explode in Bogotá and Huila

Huila witnesses say two men launched a mortar to the Huila water company and then took off on a motorcycle.

A bomb exploded on the corner of Caracas avenue and Calle 24 in Bogotá. According to El Espectador, the bomb was hidden in a plastic bag. Authorities were not able to say who were held responsible for the attack.
