Bogota police arrest German for exortion

A German man was arrested by Bogota police for attempting to extort a Colombian woman.

The 57-year year old business administrator threatened to publicize compromising photos of the woman if she didn’t pay him 10 million pesos ($5,300).

The woman alerted the police, who arrested the man when he came to collect the first payment of 3 million pesos.
