Bogotá authorities arrest two suspects for Blockbuster bomb

Bogotá authorities arrested two and are looking for three more presumed
guerrillas who are suspected of the attack on a Bogotá video store that
killed two people Tuesday.

The two arrested are Julian ‘El Tigre’ Pinilla León and José Alexander ‘El Enano’ Narquines Huertas. Authorities say they are part of the FARC’s Eastern Block.

Colombia’s Defense Ministry started a special task force Wednesday to deal with extortion and attacks allegedly committed by the FARC in the Colombian capital.

Defense Minister Santos told newspaper El Espectador that these attacks are part of a new  strategy of the FARC that seeks to instill terror in the country’s biggest cities.
