Bogotá attack leaves one dead, five injured

An attack on a building in the north of Bogotá Friday left one woman
dead and five people njured. Authorities say it was a retaliation of
after a failed extortion attempt.

The explosion occured at 5PM on the sixth floor of a building located on Calle 100 / Autopista Norte.

Authorities have not yet said if the explosion was caused by a bomb or a rocket.
