Authorities of the Arauca department offer a 20 million peso (US$9,000) reward for information leading to the guerrillas who blew up two electricity towers on Wednesday morning.
The attack left more than 100,000 people in Arauca without
electricity.
The Arauca authorities attributed the attack to the FARC.
