In response to the news, the Colombian government raised the reward for his capture from 3 million to 5 million pesos. His brother Luis Enrique ‘Comba’
Calle also has a reward of 5 million pesos on his head.

The rewards for the capture of drug traffickers Daniel
‘el Loco’ Barrera and Pedro Oliverio ‘Cuchillo’ Guerrero were also raised to 5 million pesos each.
