Authorities catch FARC shipping cocaine

Colombian authorities caught FARC guerrillas shipping cocaine from the country’s west coast.

According to newspaper El Espectador, FARC guerrillas were found in an encampment allegedly used as a cocaine shipment point in Solano Bay on Colombia’s west coast.

The Navy attacked the FARC camp while the guerrillas were transporting “30 packages” of cocaine to a docked ship, resulting in two FARC deaths. The two killed guerrillas were part of the FARC’s 57th Front, a group of 20 guerrillas camped in the area functioning as a cocaine port, reported Caracol Radio.
