Attorney General wants Ernesto Baez to be excluded from benefits

During any of the thirteen interrogation session Baez continued to deny any involvement with crimes against humanity and, according to the prosecutor on the case, has not been cooperative enough to be allowed any of the benefits that are part of the so-called Justice and Peace law, a law that rewards demobilized paramilitaries that cooperate withthe Justice department.
