UK artist The Decapitator launched an alternative poster version of November’s Rolling Stone magazine, featuring a beheaded Shakira on the cover.
The artist, who has been putting up altered posters of advertisements, put up posters of the decapitated Colombian pop idol in New York City after previously striking in London, São Paulo and Paris.
The Decapitator even put out a limited edition of the magazine with the headless Shakira. The “pre-xmas special” was planted in the magazine racks of Barnes & Noble at Union Square.
