Colombian soldiers arrested on suspicion of stabbing murder

Two Colombian soldiers have been arrested by police after they alleged stabbed a motorcycle taxi driver to death in Colombia’s southwest, according to a report by Caracol Radio.

The motorcycle taxi driver was identified as Ricardo Zambrano, 44, by his fellow motorcycle taxi drivers from the company for whom he worked, Transpalestina.

The murder took place in the village of Palestina where Zambrano’s body was found by locals from the area.

When captured by police, the two soldiers had the victim’s motorcycle in their possession.

The soldiers have been detained and will face trial before a judge in southern Colombia’s.
