A second Colombian national pleaded guilty Wednesday on charges related to the 2013 kidnapping and murder of a U.S. drug enforcement official, according to a U.S. government press release.

Andrés Álvaro Oviedo Garcia, 22, confessed to participating in a plan to carry out a “millionaire’s ride” in which a victim is taken to ATMs and forced to take out money, often under the influence of drugs.

There are six others charged for their alleged involvement in the death of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent Terry Watson. One pleaded guilty earlier this month.

Watson’s diplomatic status as an “internationally protected” agent meant that the US government could ask for the extradition of the criminal group, despite the fact that the crime was committed in Colombia by Colombian citizens.

Watson was a 13-year veteran of the DEA. He had been sent to Afghanistan three times on counter-narcotics trafficking assignments and had previously served in the Army and worked for the U.S. Marshals Service.
