Ex-Colombian beauty queen opts for liposuction to regain pre-baby bod

Yet another ex-Miss Colombia has opted to go under the knife in hopes of maintaing her perfect award-winning body, according to gossip website Sweet.

The gorgeous Vanessa Alexandra Mendoza, winner of the 2001 Miss Colombia contest and the first Afro-Colombian to ever win the highly coveted position, has decided to have the fat sucked out of her in an attempt to return to her pre-baby bod.

The former beauty queen turned model gave birth to her first child early this year and it seems the pressure of appearances meant Mendoza simply couldn’t resist the temptation of a bit of quick-fix liposuction after her pregnancy left her a tad rounder than usual.

The rumour mill over at Sweet claim that the former Miss Colombia has been keeping quiet about the real explanation behind her new improved figure. Any one who dares to ask her how she slimmed down will allegedly hear that the weight loss was all down to a strict diet and a lot of excercise.

Mendoza was the only contestant in the 2001 version of the Miss Colombia pageant not to admit having some form of plastic surgery done for the contest.
