First images from Havana peace talks revealed

Media revealed the first photos Wednesday from the Havana, Cuba peace talks between FARC and the Colombian government, showing 10 delegates from each party sitting face to face discussing the peace agenda.

From the images and an alleged released video, it appears as though the peace talks are progressing in a calm and steady manner, portraying an optimistic image for many Colombians that are anxious about the peace process, reported Caracol Radio.

The images show not only the FARC and Colombian negotiators but the guarantors from Norway and Cuba who are also mediating the peace talks.

Peace talks reconvened in Havana, Cuba on Monday with the two delegations meeting to discuss land and urban development for 10 days five hours a day.
