DAS seize 600 kilos of cocaine in Valle de Cauca

Detectives from Colombia’s security agency DAS Tuesday seized 600 kilos of cocaine in the Yumbo municipality in the souther Valle de Cauca department, Caracol Radio reported.

The haul was found hidden in two dump trucks on the Cali-Arroyohondo road.

Authorities believe that drug shipment was destined for the pacific port of Buenaventura, from where it would be transported to the U.S. in speed boats.
