Colombians win Juniors classification at Inline Skating Championships

Colombian Inline skaters keep dominating the World Inline Skating
Championships in Gijón, Spain. Another two Golden Medals were added on
Tuesday.

The most prestigious event of the Juniors tournament, the 500
meters, awaited the participants today. Carolina Magaña and Pedro
Causil, both of whom had already won medals in other events, impressed
and took Gold.

Magaña took the lead early on in the race and held on to her advantage until the finish.

Pedro Causil’s main rival for Gold was fellow Colombian Sebastián
Arce, but Causil was stronger at the finish and added another victory
to his tally.

With these two victories on top of the other successes achieved
earlier this tournament, Colombia secured the overall victory in the
Juniors classification.
