Colombia to invest in ‘La Niña’ damage

Colombia has invested millions of dollars for recuperating sensitive environmental zones damaged by tropical storm ‘La Niña.’

Roughly 

Director of research institute Von Humboldt Brigitte Baptiste reportedly explained that “to delimit the [ecological zones] is very important, keeping in mind the process of degradation last winter season.”
