Peru seemed much more dangerous when moving forward, and the likes of Jose Paulo Guerrero and Marino were a constant threat to the Colombian defense.However, Colombia also looked dangerous when moving forward, and although they lacked imagination in their midfield each time they attacked the Peruvians from the wings, it was clear that they created huge problems.Towards the end of the match Colombia tested Peru with a couple of dangerous free-kicks, while Nolberto Solano almost snatched the three points for the home side, when he unleashed a spectacular volley that was cleared off the line by Ruben Dario Bustos.At the end both teams seemed happy with a share of the points, as after all it was a fair reflection of what occured on the field of play during the ninety minutes.
