Army ‘kills 5 guerrillas’ in southwest Colombia

The Colombian Army said Wednesday it has killed five and arrested one guerrilla in the southwest of the country.

According to the Army, the rebels were killed in combat in the Caloto municipality after a rebel attack on the town.

The arrested guerrilla was injured and taken to a nearby hospital, said the statement.
