Arabs seek investment in Colombia

Government representatives of the United Arab Emirates met with
Colombian vice-President Francicso Santos Thursday to discuss
investment possibilities in Colombia.

The oil-rich Arab state is interesting in investing Colombia’s oil industry, financial institutions and infrastructure, the Presidency announced.

The Arabs also met with Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos, Finance Minister Óscar Ívan Zuluaga, Mining and Energy Minister Hernán Martínez and the Ministers of Culture and Education.
