América convincingly beat Santa Fe with 3-0, making the gap between the two as large as can be. Santa Fe has not been able to get one point from the semi-final play offs so far. América has the maximum score.
The other teams in Group A, Equidad and Envigado, both got away with one point after the teams played 2-2 in Bogotá.
Medellín wasn’t able to win from a strong Chicó, despite leading 1-0 when heavy Medellín rains were hindering the opponent. Chicó was able to walk away with one point after a 2-2 score.
Quindío and Cali also leveled, playing 1-1, leaving the score in group B as open as can be.
