Colombia’s defense minister said Tuesday that 20 people were arrested in the investigation that led to the seizure of $29 million and 17 million euros in cash in the south of the capital, Bogota.

Three of the arrests were made inside Colombia, the rest abroad, Minister Rodrigo Rivera said.

The minister added that he expected a soon arrest of Daniel “El Loco” Barrera, one of Colombia’s most wanted drug lords and suspected owner of the confiscated cash.
