According to Fernando, the territory is located in the departments of Huila, Caqueta and Meta, and was often used as a camping ground for the FARC’s Eastern Bloc.

Meanwhile, since March 2012 the prosecutor general’s office has seized over $520 million worth of property and money formerly in the possession of narcotraffickers.
