12 guerrillas die in army raid

12 guerrillas believed to be from the Teofilo Forero front of the FARC were killed during an military operation in the southern department of Caqueta, Colombian authorities reported Wednesday.

According to authorities the guerrillas were killed during an air force bombing of a Teofilo Forero camp where close to 100 guerrillas were housed, El Espectador reported.

Police will now conduct investigations to determine the identities of those killed as well as the materials found at the camp.
