Alleged FARC finance boss arrested

The authorities arrested an alleged FARC finance boss on Thursday in the central Colombian city of Pereira, after tracking him for months.

Intelligence agents arrested Rudsber Quinchia Davila, alias “Pabesa,” a suspected finance chief for the FARC’s 47th Front, after a pursuit lasting several months, reported El Espectador.

The supposed rebel leader stands accused of rebellion, attempted homicide and personal assault by the municipal judicial authorities and may face up to twelve years in prison.
