Agricultural minister to defend ‘Carimagua’

The opposition parties accuse the Minister of  pleasing political friends. One of the benefiting companies is known to have political ties with the minister as well as ‘Social Action coordinator Luis Alfonso. The Minister says the land was not distributed to the displaced farmers, because the quality of the land proved to be of poor quality. Handing it to private companies would generate more employment.
