1 child killed, at least 3 injured in south-Colombia ‘FARC’ attack

One child died and at least three other minors were injured when a bomb exploded that one of them was carrying to a police post in the southern Colombian Nariño department.

The incident took place in the Pacific village of Iscuandé around 3PM and according to some media reports injured as many as ten people.

Authorities say FARC rebels sent the explosive package with one of the minors, who was the one killed in the explosion.

Police enforcements were sent to the region to reinforce security.
