3 Colombians arrested in France with 35 kilos of cocaine

French police arrest three Colombians as part of an operation seizing 35 kilos of cocaine.

The drugs were hidden in the walls of a small prefabricated house that was displayed at an ecological festival in Marseilles, southern France, late last October.

Two Colombians were arrested as they left Marseilles by car on November 22, with 29 kilos of cocaine hidden in its bumper.

On November 30 another Colombian was arrested, alongside two Mexicans, a Canadian and a Croatian, and police seized another six kilos of cocaine.

Authorities said the drugs, which entered the country by boat, had a street value of between $7.6 and $10.2 million.
