‘All you can eat’ at Malagana’s Mango Festival

Between May 14 and 16 the town of Malagana, in Colombia’s northern Bolivar department, will host the 24th Mango Festivall, announces el Universal.

The main innovation of this edition will be a street of stalls where visitors will be able to eat as many mangos as they like for free.

Apart from this attraction, a mango eating competition will be held, as well as selection of the best decorated stand, best product made out of mangos, the weirdest-looking mango, the biggest, and so on.

Folkloric music from the Caribbean coast will be played by various bands throughout the festival. Vallenato concerts will be also performed by famous singers Carlos Bohorquez on Saturday night and Luifer Cuello on Sunday night.
