20 people arrested after Bogotá unrest over DMG

Bogotá police arrested more than 20 people who were part of a group of
defrauded DMG investors trying to occupy the shut down company’s main
office Sunday.

The 150-people group of victims clashed with police, after they had marched from Plaza Bolívar to the suspected money launderer’s main office in the north of Bogotá.

The clashes occurred when the demonstrators tried entering the office.

According to the police, those detained had “caused damage to some windows and injured policemen.”
