17 DMG suppliers have committed suicide following the forced shutdown of the
suspected money launderer and pyramid scheme and the arrest of most its
executives, vendors told Colombian Congress Tuesday.

Forty DMG suppliers occupied Congress Tuesday demanding a solution for their problems.

According to the representatives of 200 companies that delivered products, services and goods to DMG, some of the suppliers that DMG owes money after its shut down are now receiving death threats, because they can not pay their own bill.

DMG offered its investors prepaid cards with which they could buy goods from DMG owned stores. The suppliers of tehse stores now demand the Colombian government to find a solution about the money they say they are entitled to.
