10 killed in north Colombia traffic accident

10 people were killed on Thursday when a minibus and a truck crashed in the northern Colombian department of Sucre.

The crash happened on a bridge on the road between Toluviejo and San Onofre.

The driver and all passengers in the minivan were killed. The truck driver was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

According to Radio RCN, the accident was probably caused by heavy rains that hampered visibility on the road.
