Beat-boxing Jewish musician Matisyahu has announced that he will be performing live in Colombia later this year.
The Grammy nominated hip hop and reggae artist, recognized for his music's message of peace and love, will make his country debut at the Sunset Pic-nic music festival in April.
The New York-born Matisyahu is known for his unique fusion of musical genres, and has become something of an idol for his ideological and musical boundary-breaking, collaborating with artists ranging from Christian band P.O.D to electro-duo The Crystal Method. His most famous song "King without a Crown" was heard in clubs all over the globe.
The music festival will take place on April 24.
