No one knows who the lucky baby is and where exactly it happened, but Monday morning at 9:35AM Colombia's 45 millionth citizen was born.
According to the country's statistics agency DANE it was exactly at that time the country's 45 millionth citizen saw the light and pushed the country's population over the 45 million.
The DANE estimates that Colombia will have 50 million citizens in 2023.
