
'Eladio', who fought for the FARC for 16 years, was allegedly in charge of planning terrorist attacks and recruiting minors.
According to the Army report, 'Eladio' intimidated farmers and traders from Algeria, Sonson and Francisco, all in the Antioquia department.
Authorities offered a reward of 30 million pesos, around U.S.$ 4 million, for information leading to 'Eladio's capture.
