Mexico asked Colombia to help training its authorities to fight drug trafficking. Mexico has taken over Colombia's role as country with most drug related violence.
The governor of Mexico's Federal District Enrique Peña Nieto visited Colombian President Álvaro Uribe in Bogotá and hopes Colombia will share its knowledge on how to battle drug trafficking. "It's very important for us we know the experience of Colombia," the governor said.
Peña praised Colombia and President Uribe for the advances in the fight against insecurity and drug trafficking.
