Heavy rains the past few days have affected ten thousand people throughout Colombia in what seems to be a winter that never stops.
The rains caused most trouble in Barranquilla, Cali, Soacha and the coffee region, Caracol Radio reported Sunday.
Colombia's Disaster prevention agency expects rain to cause nuicance until the end of the year.
