Juanes walked away with his first non-Latin Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album for his 2007 La Vida ... Es Un Ratico Sunday.
The Colombian singer was already the proud owner of 17 Latin Grammys, more than any other artist, but had never managed to win in the mainstream award ceremony.
La Vida ... Es Un Ratico is Juanes' fourth solo album and sold over 100,000 copies in the first few months after its release.
